Tourist tax

The apartment prices are per person in the period indicated.
The tourist tax, payable on site, is € 2,10 per day for each guest over the age of 14.

Child discounts

Children under 3 stay free.

For children from 3 to 10 years a 50% discount is applied to the prices listed above for double room with breakfast and each child pays just € 25 per day in the apartment.

Equipment for small children (cot, high chair and baby back carrier) available free on request.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, the apartment and the rooms will be at your disposal at the latest from 2 pm.
We kindly ask that you let us know the estimated time of arrival so that we can prepare for your arrival.

On the day of departure we ask our guests to vacate the apartment before 10 am.

Pets & smoking areas

Please note that our farmstead does not allow pets.

We operate a no smoking policy. Smoking is only allowed outdoors.

Payment

Payment: You can pay upon arrival in cash or in advance by bank transfer.. We cannot accept payments by credit card.

According to the decree no. 201/2011 of 6 December 2011, in Italy you are not allowed to pay in cash for amounts exceeding € 2,999.99. For amounts exceeding this sum it is possible to pay with a non-transferable cheque or by bank transfer.

Please note the following:

The reservation is binding from the moment that you pay the € 200.00 deposit and receive confirmation of receipt of the deposit. In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refundable. In case of early departure or late arrival, you will charge the agreed price for the original booking.

Please include your name in the reason for payment.

Booking cancellation conditions

We are looking forward to meeting you! Up to 1 month before arrival we will only keep the deposit, which can also be considered an advance on a later stay. In the last 30 days before the arrival date, the cancellation of the reservation requires the payment of 70% of the agreed price.
